Professional Background
Ms. Tutoli has her Masters in Educational and Counseling Psychology, a specialization in Evaluation and Rehabilitation from the University of Missouri-Columbia. Ms. Tutoli has her teaching certification in 7 - 12 guidance counseling, her national certification as a Vocational Evaluator and as a Rehabilitation Counselor. She worked with youth at risk of dropping out of school, professional development for educators and with adults/youth with various disabilities since 1983. She has been employed at the Columbia Career Center since 1998. |
